FEATURE ARTISTS

ALIVAN BLU

livan Blu are an Australian Coastal/Indie folk duo from a small surf town on the far north coast of NSW. Consisting of Anna Stanton and Jed Billington, they first began their journey together as a couple, travelling and surfing up and down the East Coast of Australia along with many other countries around the world. They began writing songs in remote areas of Indonesia, India and the United Kingdom. Drawing from their experiences of travel and growing up with the ocean at their front door, their two acoustic guitars and an earthly blend of warm harmonies will elicit a desire for warm summer nights by the ocean or an adventure into the wild.

JC & the TREE

Give your ears a luscious feast with JC and the Tree. Remembered for their heartfelt and captivating performances, this Sunshine Coast born and bred indie folk duo is one not to miss. Serenading you with beautiful original indie folk tunes they also like to push boundaries and take you on a journey through genres where you'll hear gypsy/spanish violin pieces, folk/metal rock songs, funky wah-wah violin grooves and of course soulful piano ballads. Lead singer Jesse doesn't only create beautiful music but also his own guitar, with a long-term goal of making or using only locally produced and ethical products.

Proudly presented by Sunshine Coast Council & Troubadour Wagons.
